About the role
As a Server Admin you are the frontline between players and our leadership team.
To take on this role you must be someone who can deal with incidents with a level head, be respectful and professional. There will be instances where people can be complete clowns, which you can deal with accordingly, we just expect you to use judgement for each scenario as its happens.
You will also represent our team and brand as a Server Admin therefor the server that you play on you must not be a complete douchebag to other players, raiding is totally fine as we will never stop you from being able to raid but dont go sealing bases, de-spawning their loot and that.
What you'll do
- Proactively checking things are running smoothly on our servers.
- Dealing with trouble makers on servers.
- Responding to Tickets raised on our Discord by players.
What we're looking for
- Ideally have experience being Staff (not 100% required)
- Handle incidents with a mature and professional approach
- Ability to be proactive with our servers not just when incidents occur.
